Once again, the folks at Unscripted New York created a fully improvised short during the days of the festival. We pulled together a team of directors, editors, and actors who met for the first time on Wednesday to come up with a concept and cast our actors. We shot a couple days later, no script, fully making up dialogue and shots on the spot, and then edited in time to screen on the final night. It's all part of the celebration -- to fully improvise a film, start to finish, and see what happens through creative collaboration. See the short above!

The premise -- each improviser was given a paragraph's length character bio and that's it. They were asked to show up in costume and be interviewed by the world-famous, hard-nosed journalist, Hanson Streckfus. These talented actors are some of the best from an improvisational comedy community in New York that we love and hope to celebrate with this show.
Cast: Nick Kanellis as Clayton Harris, with Kevin Cobbs, Matt J. Weir, Dan Scivoletti, Jenny Dunne, Tim Eberle, Rob Williams, Rick Andrews

Later this year, Alex will appear in the upcoming Coen Brothers film, Inside Llewyn Davis.
